Summer School

Posted 07-18-2008 at 02:54 PM by jamie
Kate just started a summer program at the school she will be attending in the fall. It was her first experience with "school" and needless to say she was extremely excited. Posted 07-15-2008 at 05:34 PM by TeachinLittleOnes

Posted 07-08-2008 at 05:57 PM by jamie
The passer outer has returned. I thought she was gone, but she reared her ugly head again today. Kate and I had gone to visit a friend and her baby at their wonderful town pool. It is a sandy beach that has a large fresh water "lake." We were having a great time, spending most of our time in the water since it was a scorcher.

I attempted to get Kate to eat a PB and J sandwich, but she only took a few bites before she said she was done. I knew she hadn't eaten enough, but...

What to pack when going to the beach with your child

Posted 07-07-2008 at 10:47 AM by TeachinLittleOnes
A friend and I brought her son to the beach the other day! He is 6 months old and he was so excited with each new texture he was exposed too. However, we were careful that he was not exposed to the sun by adding sunblock to the list of things we needed at the beach.
