It seems that the amount of stuff you drag to the beach for a young child is ridiculous. When we took Kate to the beach the other day it took 4 adults to carry it all down the street, across the scorching sand, and plop it down near the water. (too close, I might add, but more about that later...)
We had:

• 4 chairs
• 1 umbrella
• 1 umbrella corkscrew (for putting the umbrella into the sand)
• 1 beach cabana
• 3 beach bags
• 6 towels
• 2 blankets
• 1 bag of sand toys
• 1 cooler bag
• 1 kite
• 1

Flying can be an extremely stressful situation without having any children with you but when you are taking your preschool aged child on a plane with you --here are some tips to help things run smoothly!
